Job Description
The Sales Officer is responsible for generating revenue by identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting company products or services. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct market research to identify potential clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
